Completely agree. There are some really hard truths that need direct examination and action. And without wholehearted, science informed leadership, action is ad hoc and unfocused, leaving out or blaming the most vulnerable.
Yes, and also: focusing on individual action rather than policies that would keep us safe: closing schools,etc.
