While critical of his cherry picking, she does deem to think he offers some good info: "Throughout How Not to Die, Greger explores many oft-ignored and myth-shrouded issues in the nutrition world -- and in most cases, fairly represents the science he draws from."

agree. I mean ALL of it One look at all the weight loss vegan vlogers on YouTube (usually women), and it's clear that they're part of this whole mess too. It's almost impossible to escape. I think some industries are more at fault than others though.
