Thinking off the top of my head, so I may re-think this, but I don't know how to authentically engage on climate -- to be in touch with reality as much as I can be and not engage in a deeply personal way. And to do that is almost inherently emotional. How can it not be?

A couple of things: 1) Showing emotions, having emotions is feminized and because of sexism that is seen in society as bad/weak/etc. 2) People are NOT given enough support for the very big feelings the climate crisis brings up.
