This is true interpersonally, but also organizationally. If your climate org isn't centered on racism, on justice, how can it be trusted? People will feel that something is off.

Centering on justice doesn't slow down climate action. It speeds it up! I've seen this first-hand at @AMZNforClimate. It doesn't mean your org needs to be perfect, but it does mean you need a strong commitment to anti-racist organizing and *action* to back it up.
