this evening I enjoyed a fine #RoshHashanah dinner at the home of dear friends and their extended family. prayers, delicious food and the sounds of comfort and conversation warmed my heart. we sang a few songs in sweet harmony. may 5780 resound in such joys. #ShanaTovah
Sounds wonderful. I was at services and the Rabbi mentioned the climate crisis and climate justice a number of times. Said the 1980s were not a good time for many things including environmental degradation but that we could decide what the next 10 years would be in the 5780s.
