There are many policies to implement and experiment with what works. When you have multi-millionaire CEOs and fossil fuel execs raking in profits, and FF companies offloading the hidden costs (there are huge health costs of pollution), maybe experiment in that direction...

I think we get into a little bit of a lazy narrative on this big oil thing. Of the top 10 oil producers globally 7 are state owned and produce 82% of the oil of the top 10. So multi millionaire fat cats are not particularly relevant, but we like to point the finger regardless.
