Yip I’m sure that is the case and that’s why this is difficult. It’s about transitioning energy supply that allow us to be able to deal with the immediate needs of the worlds population and position ourselves for a low carbon future.

Ironically, and heartbrokenly, the global south is and will be most effected by the climate crisis both in terms of lives lost, but also economically. We have the smarts and resources to address short-term impacts. We just need to act on them.
