From this prosaic cruelty all the way to the fever-dream of "we've screwed Earth, so let's go to Mars!", he sure knows how to prove he hasn't got a clue about what matters.
That seems a conflicted statement. Don't disagree with either but AC is a huge power sink. More AC is more Oil & Gas, surely? At least until the human race cops on & goes to renewables.
