Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. I face planted Sunday when I dropped the scooter. My knees are growing more purple each day and my left pec/trap hurts like a SOB. But it’s nothing like this. :-/

Acupuncture is your friend with big bruises. 
Do the pins need to be on the bruises themselves? I’ve gone to the Pin Cushion which is near me. But everyone sits in chairs which is painful to me now and obviously no pins will be able to go on my bum if I’m sitting. Any acupuncture recommendations?
