I was in a river tubing accident on Sat. During a scaaary rapid, my butt hit a rock !HARD! Pain is wicked and has wiped me out. I can't sit.
Me: texts photo of my ass with a giant, deep purple, scary bruise, "more purple today"
Mom: OUCH!! How do I delete this?

I needed to laugh because this pain is no joke. I broke my neck in a car accident, and was later in a bicycle accident so bad I was in the hospital for 11 days. This trauma and pain feels on the same level. Thankful it didn't hit 3 inches over. It would have broken my tailbone.
Bruised coccyx, right? Very painful and slow to heal. Get an X-ray to be sure no fracture.
Omg, that sounds so painful. I had a not-able-to-sit injury once, which basically means it’s impossible to get comfortable, ever. So hard emotionally & physically. Sending wishes for fast healing but also appreciating your humor under the circumstances... your tweet made me LOL!
Oh no!! I bit it on my icy stairs TWICE. I had the mother of all bruised butts. But no broken bones!! We can compare photos some time lol. There are a lot of blood vessels in the butt!! Hang in there!!!
