#IceOnFire is focused on cutting edge climate science and on scientific innovations aimed at mitigation, and it's audience is that of the highly influential US business class -@rowan_institute's social agenda, while laudable, is a different film.@EricHolthaus@Leilaconners
But Iain, what about the cutting edge climate science and scientific innovations of BIPOC? Where are they? And, wouldn't we want this (presumed) audience *in particular* to have access to the perspectives, experiences, and solutions of BIPOC?

Yes, where are they? I don't know of any, and I sent a Phd proposal question to every major climate scientist I could come up with several years ago - I just think, unfortunately, we're not there yet re BIPOC at the apex of this field, and that is reflected in the film.
