I just changed my Twitter profile location from Seattle to Duwamish dxʷdəwʔabš land. Because that's the truth of where I live. The Duwamish people have been in a fight w the US gov for federal recognition- this makes me so angry. Their longhouse is beautiful. Much, much respect.
