I get the sense she’s addressing other aspects of the Amazon business model; product packaging, shipping and delivery, that remain very carbon intensive. Amazon deserves credit for going RE100 in its facilities, but the business has impacts that stretch far beyond that.

Thanks Emily for pointing this out. What also strikes me (and others I’m sure) is how the a->z http://dot.com biz clashes with points made by @newdream and others who highlight the impacts of consumerism on vulnerable populations, incr. wealth disparity and climate.
