Does anyone have a way for estimating the total value of a city/metro/region, and what it would mean, economically, to lose it?
Say, for example, Miami becomes totally uninhabitable: How would we measure that loss?
@jeffgoodell, others, any ideas/leads?

Yes I meant to mention Chris. I’m sure he’s written something on local damage estimates as he’s looked at a lot of specific regions/cities & hoping there’ll be more when he’s settled in at NYT!
