Hi Emily! All is well with me, thanks to wonderful medical advances and free healthcare in UK. Dunno any tropes about ppl with cancer, except that we're supposed to be "fighters" (I'm not. I just do as the doctors say.) Don't worry for a sec and keep doing your amazing work! 
@JKSteinberger I just learned that you have cancer, and are on the other side of it. I know there are so many tropes about people who have cancer. I'm sorry if I unintentionally use one. I'll do my best not to, but I'm learning.
