What was helpful for me was to think about and write down what I thought was important to communicate, and then to practice with someone else. I anticipated *all* the kinds of questions that might come up and how I might respond. 3/

I have learned *sooooo* much from you (both from your Twitter threads and interviews). And am truly in awe of what you do AND how you communicate about it. Thank you sharing your thinking and analysis and information, and doing the interviews even tho I know they scare you. 
It also got easier the more outlets I spoke to (I was very nervous and scared when I first started!)
Also: You’ve been killing it in the podcast interviews I’ve heard.
