I think the quandary we're in is how do we state the horrific, painful facts of climate change, and not deflate people in the process so they think we're f'ed and there's nothing meaningful they can do.
How do we say, "look, it's this bad, we've lost so much and are on a trajectory to lose so much more, but we can look at this together. We can face it together. You're not alone. Join us and be part of some of the most meaningful, rewarding work. There is joy in this work."
