sadly I only know so much so I can't say I'd know for sure how to do that. length of extremities can cause chaos in animations. The base bone to resize the neck has the bones of the head as children and might also be affected by any scaling. (1/2)

*Maybe* the body geosets could be separated from the vertex groups / animation, adjust neck height of the mesh, then re-apply the body bones? I feel as though there would perhaps be an easier solution to that though. (2/2)

I edited a female bloodelf to make the neck shorter and change the face a bit then added an ingame animation but the result was.. kind of terrifying ahah
