What manifestos are you referring to?
Honestly I'm super curious to see if those Scarlet Crusade manifestos added in 8.3 will actually lead to something. Would be awesome to face them again ! And I'm even more curious to see if they'll succeed in their crazy political plans... #WoW #BFA #Shadowlands

Some papers had been added to 8.3 some weeks ago. You can find them around trees in Tirisfal Glades, Carlston Estate

Killing Anduin with Genn's help then killing Genn and worgens and take over Alliance throne. Then kill Calia and purge the lands. Scarlet Crusade's plans, basically.

Would be nice. I'm hoping for a Young Griff scenario with this supposed "heir". Like there actually IS a kid whom they've raised to think he's the last living Menethil, but is probably some peasant kid they found while Calia's actual kid (her daughter) is somewhere else, or dead.

That! And well, maybe some kind of plan of abducting Anduin when they finally understand that Genn wouldn't go against him? It sounded in latest talks that we wouldn't be back on Azeroth before a while tho... So wait & see
