Lillian Vos basically asked Calia to be Sylvanas' replacement. Derek just kinda went with them. For the moment there isn't much about where the Forsaken are, but considering the meeting took place in Tirisfal they could be camping somewhere there until the UC is decontaminated.
Oh, okay, thanks ! So not all Tirisfal got contaminated, only Undercity and Lordaeron Keep? Tbh I never went back there, now I'm curious...

Yeah. Only the city got blighted. Everything else is untouched or got destroyed (warpath from the beach to Brill) by Alliance forces. But all of that can be rebuilt/regrown anyway.

There is big-ass burned scar from the coast to Undercity marking the route Alliance marched from their fleets to the city, and Brill was flattened on the attack. Rest of Tirisfal, Silverpine and Hillsbrad is untouched by the attack.

Alliance won on Arathi and are currently holding Stromgarde, so Forsaken lands end at Thoradim's Wall.
