All my life I’ve tried to use music to bring people together. Yet it saddens me to see how misinformation is now being used to divide our world.
I’ve decided to no longer use Twitter, given their recent change in policy which will allow misinformation to flourish unchecked.

I would rather decide on my own what is misinformation - and what isn't. Having someone else decide for me is ripe for abuse and conflict of interest.
Letting people think for themselves is the lesser of two evils.

So when you're sat in a packed cinema or concert you'd be quite happy if someone yells "Fire" or "Bomb"?
I mean it may be misinformation & people may die in the panic, but you'd rather decide on your own right? You don't want 'professionals' or 'experts' deciding for you, right?

Many have misunderstood the term freedom of speech. You have the right to voice your opinion. You don’t have the right to harass while doing so. It means expressing new ideas, but you don’t have the right to express as fact what isn’t true. Elton has integrity. (My opinion)

If that’s the way you think, you are part of the problem.
