I know ForIn I really should but I love sharing kid Picts with new, current, & old acquaintances. Will keep to a bare minimum in terms of info shared that’s for sure. In terms of Tesla fan grps I mostly view & they are pretty harmless.

:/ The problem is not what you or users do, but what FB does..or doesn’t do:( Maybe Instagram instead? (I’ve no this problem as I never had a FB - always was too suspicious about their ways...;)

Yes I know. I have progressively used FB less frequently, but too many connections to just delete. I have Insta as well so yes. I think user privacy is critical in the digital space & FB team needs a wake up call, so Elon’s move is stellar to say the least

Yes. They have tremendous ‘reach’ in advertising terms. I understand the desire to start mining personal data to use for target marketing... but they have a product even using more generalized marketing. I think protecting their user bases privacy outweighs the alt.

... or demonstrating that they won't be handled by FB, and have their data mined without permission. Foul. One dimensional eh.

And if a person thinks they are completely safe just because they get off Facebook then they're not going deep enough into the well. Unless you give up your computer or smart phone you are never COMPLETELY safe. Just getting off Facebook won't save you.......
