Taxing unrealized capital gains would force founders and CEOs to sell shares in the company they built to pay their tax obligations. Can’t explain how terrible of an idea this is. Would drive innovative companies overseas.

If you feel that way, stop driving on the highways & roads, paid for by taxpayer dollars. Don't call 9-1-1 when you need emergency responders. Taxpayer funded. Public schools? Taxes. Computer tech? Much is public funded. The internet? Public money. Stolen. All of it! Don't do it!
