How is this distracting from the rescue? I’m not sure how it would interfere. On the contrary, knowledge of the efforts being made may acquire additional resources and or ideas to help out.

This idea also perhaps has an application on land getting people out of smoke filled buildings when the exit is narrow and the person is injured a stretcher capsule could supply much needed oxygen especially if remotely controlled

I would make the capsule insulated and maybe made out of a material that doesn't conduct heat very well; very good idea, never considered that application: Take Care, With Love Through God and Jesus and The Holy Ghost,
