    For context, the chance of a woman on birth control pills developing a blood clot is about 1 in 1,000.

    The UK has found 30 cases of irregular blood clots but has given 18,000,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine. That is quite literally a statistically similar level of risk to you getting struck by lightning *this year.* Meanwhile, 127,000 people in Britain have died of covid.
