Steve Sisolak has put in place soft-on-crime policies that allow criminals to avoid jail time & only face citations. By lessening penalties for crime, removing the police’s ability to make arrests & enabling career criminals, Steve Sisolak has made our community less safe.

Sisolak has signed several bills that promote soft-on-crime policies, including but not limited to: AB 116 (2021), AB 219 (2021), AB 251 (2021), AB 296 (2021), SB 369 (2021), AB 400 (2021), AB 403 (2021), AB 440 (2021), AB 236 (2019), AB 307 (2019), and AB 431 (2019).

As examples, AB 236 increased the felony theft threshold from $650 to $1,200, and AB 440 now requires police to issue citations in lieu of arrests for most misdemeanors.
So in NV, you can steal up to $1,199 of goods, and when police arrive, they can only issue you a citation.

Maybe we don't need to listen to someone who WORKS for Sheriff Lombardo.
You can just ask 90% of the officers who were working when he started. They all hated him.
