    First grade loved investigating pumpkins this week and finished it big with going to the cafeteria to roast all our pumpkin seeds we counted!

    Bat week kicked off today with our bat cave! It was dark in our room all day while we discussed misconceptions, used flashlights to read bat books, ate like mega bats with fruit pattern kabobs during math and QR codes to learn about adaptations!

    My kiddos would listen and talk with these guys all day! What great role models for little learners and athletes!

    This time it was Davrion from who came in and wowed 1st Graders as a mystery reader! These young men are such a gift to our school! Their patience, humor and willingness to engage always impresses!
