There are plenty of Asian spas and businesses between Woodstock and NE Atlanta, this seems more personal than just race. Why these particular spa's. Think he's probably been a "customer" at all three.
He did not shoot just Asians
Even with the existing facts, this appears to be a hate crime specifically targeting Asian women. If this eyewitness' quote is verified and police don't charge this as a hate crime, corruption looms.
