Most of those who believe socialism is a good thing, are "victims" (who should be working) and like the fact that a big government takes care of them. They don't care to know or learn that this money comes from off the backs of the hard working class of people in this state.

It's all by design, and Grisham is enabling this by handing out more money and we will pay a hefty price soon by way of our taxes going up again. Yes, there will always be those who need a helping hand, but for the majority, this should NEVER be a prolonged option. Socialism!!!
