Roe v Wade was never voted on by the people, never passed through any legislative process, never signed into law by any President.
It was forced onto the American people by judicial fiat.
9 unelected men in robes decided abortion up to birth=the law of the land. #FillTheSeat

It was determined to be a right via our constitution. That’s what SCOTUS does. I’m sorry you don’t like how America works

Except it’s not in our Constitution. That’s actually “how America works.”

Look up “unconstitutionality of Roe v Wade.” Precisely, the the right to abortion is nowhere in the Constitution. It was “created out of whole cloth” —Justice Clarence Thomas.

Obviously SCOTUS as a whole disagrees with that. But that’s neither here nor there. What‘s funny is you think SCOTUS is invalid because their rulings weren’t passed through the other two branches, which is antithetical to the very constitution that you and repubs claim to love

You don’t know what I think, so don’t make assumptions as it reveals who you really are. Conservatives believe that the Constitution says what it says, and doesn’t what it doesn’t. The rest is up to the legislative and democratic process.
