That portion you highlighted referred to the sample size for poll on Mayor Keller's approval rating. It was a larger, statewide sample size for the poll on the governor's job performance.
If you have inside info, please share. I’m merely quoting what the article states and your distinction between two separate polls is nowhere indicated in the @krqe article. I posted also the article in its entirety, not just the highlighted portion.
