There’s nothing “progressive” about socialism.
No matter how nicely it’s packaged to sell to the masses.
#Socialism IS REGRESSIVE.
Ask a Venezuelan.

Scary word when you ask someone who comes from a socialist nation! It’s more scary when you look at the historical rise of socialist nations. Have you done that? Do you trust giving government more power over your life? I don’t!

Uncontrolled, unregulated capitalism eventually leads to socialist revolution. I'm for highly regulated and controlled capitalism (by the government) mixed with strong social programs. Like Denmark, Norway and many other European nations.

I ageee we have a problem with unregulated capitalisim. For example big pharma—which
@POTUS took a big step last week in lowering drug prices. The nations you reference are not socialist, capitalist w/ 60% tax rates to fund social programs. Norway has more govt owned industry.2 odpowiedzi 0 podanych dalej 0 polubionych -

Social programs and regulating capitalism are not the same and are cooperative for a long term healthy economy.

You’re sounding like a progressive walking talking point. You falsely claimed that the answer to unregulated capitalism is socialism. It is not.
