Census does not allow non-citizens to vote. It simply counts ALL people present in US at a given time. Citizens AND non-citizens (green card, visas, tourists) benefit from libraries, roads, hospitals, schools. I don’t see separate roads for non-citizens. It’s a count not a vote!
Thank you for stating the obvious. I never stated otherwise. Perhaps the hashtag threw you off? The point of contention at this juncture w the census is that Dems want to use non-citizens for re-districting of congressional and other districts.And of course allow them to vote.

How is this time different than any other Census year under Dems or Reps? It always counts citizens and noncitizens. Yes redistricting based on population is one result. No different than any other time. All benefit. Honestly not understanding your leap to non-citizens voting.
