House broken into several times. Insurance refused to accept a claim (@StateFarm). Never contacted about it being solved. Took about 8 hours for police to respond. My roommate had a gun stolen. They also took a gift card from the mailbox, so there may be some Fed juridiction haha

Luckily I haven’t experienced car theft (though a friend has 3x), but did have my home broken into several years ago.

Not stolen, broken into 2x. House robbed, neighbors house too multiple Xs. Once while inside with 2 wk old baby. 2 ppl shot dead on my St alone & for yrs I listened to gun shots nightly. Home hit once. Lived in SV for 12 yrs, 2 yrs ago moved far NE Heights. No problems since.

Those are just my personal experiences, i know many ppl with their stories too. My friend was at my house once & police came to notify her that her husband was shot on Coors & Ladera. He was at red light & someone just rolled up & shot the vehicle unprovoked. Know what APD did?
