I don’t need to ask her. Experts state transmission is easy at indoor facilities with air conditioning such as restaurants because people have to take off their masks to eat and drink. Why is that concept hard to understand?

Again what’s so hard to understand that they didn’t cause the current spike to begin with? Many restaurants invested thousands to update safety protocols.
