female character doesn’t have large boobs and hips, make-up, long flowing hair, isn’t wearing feminine leaning clothing and has visible muscle, they are rubbed off as “ looking like a man”. The other example of this besides TLOU is Netflix’s She-Ra and Tifa in the new FF remake-

Myself and plenty of other women have a body type similar to Ellie and it’s infuriating to see how many people criticize her design because she doesn’t look “ enough like a woman”. Women are full of variety and it’s important that more and more people understand that.

Lmao? Last of Us is literally my favorite game. Ellie is a BIG part of why. I am DYING to play as her in 2. I didn't even consider that she lacked feminine aspects. All I can think is hoW FUCKING COOL SHE LOOKS LIKE DAMN!!

Yup found that out now lol there was a similar tweet like hers talking about how Naughty Dog women all look like men which was tweeted by a guy so I just assumed.
