im no physics major lol but i read through this and from what i gathered theyre saying that everything is made out of energy, and saying that matter and energy are two seperate concepts are incorrect.

the use of hologram in the paper isnt the same as the holograms we think of (sci-fi esque stuff) and moreso just how objects project energy that contains so much detail and leads to what we perceive to be vision

I remember reading this. Notice at the start the writer says he was tasked with an assessment of the gateway project. So it isn't necessarily stating it's all real, but he's giving the science and explanations behind and surrounding these ideas of the Monroe institute

However, at the end he does go on to say that it seems to be plausible in terms of its objective. Its objective being refunding your ability to astral projecting your consciousness outside of time and space to explore other dimensions and stuff

ok but can they add mods? or try to fix some patches? becuse it kinda sucks ngl :/
