Don’t forget almost all streamers deleted all of their vods and clips (years of memories) in fear they will get banned on twitch because of DMCA claims. I lost so many clips that had tens of thousands of hits because of music in them
Not only that but because of it people had to take time out of their day to look through hundreds of clips and delete any that had copyright music when they could have been streaming and making money or relaxing on their day off
The only time Twitch has done something right 
I read somewhere that they were working on deals with BMI/ASCAP/etc for streamers, hopefully those actually happen.
