Ppl need to be aware that although this is similar to what people are asking for, it's still reform, not abolition. Reform doesn't work, and there's no saying they won't eliminate any new program when they feel it's safe (and when people are back to work and unable to protest)

So, definitely good to acknowledge that the protests are making changes, but definitely not good to see this as a victory. Especially as one of the first things offered that's only a scrap of what people want, I see it more as something to be suspicious of tbh.
