i would like to apologize for not putting tw/ in front of the BLM protest police brutality videos, i am amplifying them so the officers can be held accountable. however i do understand many of my POC followers have PTSD from incidents as these. if you need to mute, i understand

it’s just sometimes iyou think people are afraid to say “black people” so they use “POC” instead without knowing that those two are necessarily equivalent. this whole week people have been referring to black people as POC instead of black people. not to be rude but it bothered me

they just aren’t interchangeably. especially when dealing with issues that effect majority black people. idk, there’s been tweets about it if you wanna look.
