Please consider New Orleans. Our city is very poor and we have terrible access to healthcare. Also our mayor sucks. Per Capita we have a huge amount of Covid-19 here and our homeless and hurting could really use it

Seconding this. Louisiana, New Orleans specifically, is near the top of the list of cases per capita. Our state as a whole is poor and I wouldn’t doubt we’re about to have a huge surge in positive cases around the entire south of the state bc of Mardi Gras... :( I’m worried.
