hey everyone PSA please don’t stay at any @ChoiceHotels, or Insignia Hotels.
Their team is extremely homophobic and kicked out severel LGBT fans for no reason, & refuse to refund them. I tried to contact them for you guys and they refuse to refund or apologize.

YO Each choice hotel is individually owned and operated, it is more likely the owners feel that way!!!!!
It’s a part of one of Choice’s own collection, it’s not a third-party owned hotel. And even if it was third-party owners, they are still a part of the @ChoiceHotels network and reflective of them, and Choice’s corporate is the one refusing refunds or apologies.
