To be fair, it's probably an issue with staff at that location. @ChoiceHotels needs to be aware of who is representing them. A quick google search brings up a really good public image for them in regards to LGBTQ rights so I'd hope that they'd take this very seriously.
They’re not, and it was hotels directly from their collection not third-party owned. Their corporate is the one refusing to refund/apologize
