hey everyone PSA please don’t stay at any @ChoiceHotels, or Insignia Hotels.
Their team is extremely homophobic and kicked out severel LGBT fans for no reason, & refuse to refund them. I tried to contact them for you guys and they refuse to refund or apologize.

It’s a part of one of Choice’s own collection, it’s not a third-party owned hotel. And even if it was third-party owners, they are still a part of the
@ChoiceHotels network and reflective of them, and Choice’s corporate is the one refusing refunds or apologies.
