i spent a lot of my childhood summers in california with my grandparents but one year my mom came out for a few weeks and when you left their street there was a STEEP fucking hill with what appeared to be those tall skinny cones and well..they weren’t. —

mom learned they were actually concrete painted to look like cones by going wAtCh tHiS!!! & whipping her door open while driving my grandmothers two month old new car to try & knock the row of them over
she told her someone must have hit the car while we were shopping

one time I almost hit a car that was backing up bc accidentally hit the gas not the break. then my mom honked at the lady thinking it was her fault & then the lady followed us to our parking spot & yelled at my mom while I was having a panic attack in the car
