since we talking ab mental health, i had a REALLY rough time w anxiety going to see a psychiatrist 1st time, but i wanted to try an SSRI. so i tried @plushcare, facetimed a psychiatrist, doc was great & helped me get on lexapro & find a local psychiatrist. wanted 2 share :)
