His VAT tax is inherently classist. A tax on spending will end up taxing poor people more because they have to spend all of their income.

This is why consumer staples are excluded like housing, education, childcare, food, medicine etc. For poor people the majority of your spending is tied up in that stuff. Also focusing on the tax only focuses on half the math problem. You can't ignore the $1000 check every month

Unfortunately the last time we followed the most experienced candidate off a cliff. And none of the other experienced insiders had a plan on how to avoid it. Trump is a unique situation that may require a unique antidote. A lot of Americans don't trust the experienced any more.
