fully agree that she needs to remove herself for the toxic situation and seek help, but thousands of people dragging her doesn’t encourage that. It encourages addicts to seek asylum in people who enable them.

Most people don't quit until they have lost everything and hit rock bottom. Took me 20 yrs to get there. Now I'm 10yrs clean. So, yes, maybe thousands of people critical of her could be her rock bottom. I don't know ANY of you guys, but I know addiction &yes, that's how it works.

I've been clean for 12 years now. The one thing that was off limits was my home and contents. I refused to go there. Many friends did and lost everything including their own kids stuff.

Thank you! I am in recovery and more often than not, addicts have to realize their problem on their own. They don’t need to be barked at or isolated.

If they're neglecting animals and causing death due to negligence or a zero care factor I don't gaf about their addiction. I'm 12 years clean and all mine remained loved, alive and well!

You're
correct but truth is, being an addict doesn't make you become abusive or neglectful to animals. If she has just gotten lazy instead, then it's up to her to do the righty and rehome all her pets and do whatever it takes to fix herself. Sorry not sorryThanks.
