And most important, I've no words to say how happy I was for the opportunity of working with the authors of the articles I reviewed and interacted during "Computers and Art" and "Computer Science and Sports" issues. You're amazing!

It's hard to figure out what I did right or wrong on this road. If giving up was an option, and I had enough courage in doing so, I would already have dropped it. Academia, Ph.D., research, what else? (4/5)

I do feel accomplished for some of the things I did outside academia (like being a Professor for 6 months, investing in things outside the lab, the magazine). (3/5)

After almost 4-years, everything I tried smacked into a wall and felt pretty much like a waste of time. No conferences, no articles, my Ph.D. research barely existed. (2/5)

When you finish a PhD in computer science, they take you to a special room and explain that you must never use recursion in real life. Its only purpose is to make programming hard for undergrads. 😂
