There are many professions in Hells Kitchen where repeatedly yelling "lick my balls" over a loudspeaker is not a fireable offense, NYPD Police Officer is not one of them.

Also, everyone has been locked up at home for over a month with zero access to live theater, how did this cop not expect all the queens in the Kitchen to rush to their windows and gawk at this scene, phones rolling?
